Just another day at the park, so to speak.

Sifu Chan was teaching David and I the Tiger Fork. Not the first day we learned it or anything, but we finished a form that day and worked on a few challenging techniques.

A few seconds here and there with CTS demonstrating. And along with a few edits, a Tiger Fork form.

That is very cool footage, Michael. It is great that you guys took the time to film your training sessions with Sifu. I wish I had done the same:(

Pretty cool I have seen a few different CLF dai pa sets and this one is quite uniques with some of the techniques (notably the spinning around the shoulder and the spinning down the body then kicking it back up).
