We are proud to present master Yang Hai conducting his fourth internal martial arts seminar in Guelph.
Mr.Yang will be teaching the fundamentals of Cheng style bagua to new students, and more advanced material to students who attended his last bagua workshop. The beginning material will include the eight basic palms and single palm change of Cheng style. For students who attended the last workshop or people who have practiced bagua in the past, there will be a revue and new material from the eight big palms. There will also be extensive self defense applications and partner drills at the workshop.
Bagua is one of the best Chinese martial arts for promoting vitality and self defense.
Mr.Yang is one of the top teachers of the internal styles in North America.
He has been propritor of the Wudang Martial arts and Qi gong centre in Montreal for the past eight years and studied martial arts for over 30 years with many of China's most prominent masters.
Anyone who is interested in learning the practical side of the internal martial arts should not miss this seminar.
