Hi everyone this is not a style vs style thread don't worry. I recently got over injured wrists and i'm wanting a style that will strengthen them back up. Which of these two would you suggest for me and why? Thanks.

Hung Ga got the sickest bridges I ever seen, and you injured so...:)

Probably Hung Ga for its work on the forearms and wrists. But then i saw some Wing Chun in Futsan which looked as hard as nails with plenty of dynamic tension going on in their basic forms.
What about a a gym membership with a good Personal Trainer???

That Futsan Wing Chun sounds great. I do exercise but I prefer to train kung-fu over working out at a gym. Thanks for the replies so far everyone! Does anyone currently train hung gar or wing chun and how long? Also has its strengthened your arms noticeably?

Yeah Hung Gar for 5 years and yes it's strengthened my forearms (tendons, ligaments, muscle fiber etc) noticeably.
