Nothing I love more than getting up in the morning to a hot serving of SPAM!!!!

Let's keep this SPAM moving

The next STS Instructor's Intensive Seminar is April 18-20, 2008 in NYC

The "instructor's intensive seminar" is designed for those who would like to join our network (www.SanDa-MMA.com). During the three days you will spend with us we'll introduce you to our program, which has generated the financial numbers the "big commercial schools" do without compromising the integrity of the training. During 15 hours of intense training, we'll introduce you to all four aspects of the curriculum;

(1) Conditioning
(2) Kickboxing
(3) Clinching
(4) Jiu Jitsu

Schedule
Session One: Friday 6 pm to 8 pm
Sifu Ross - Warm ups, San Da structure, footwork, basic attacks, 6 gate defense system

Session Two: Friday 8 pm to 10 pm
Carmine Zocchi - escapes from bottom positions

Session Three: Saturday 9 am to 12 noon
Sifu Ross - Countering, "sparring clinic", kick catches

Session Four: Saturday 2 pm to 5 pm
Sifu Ross and Ian Morgan - Conditioning, pad work, sparring

Session Five: Sunday 9 am to 12 noon
Sifu Ross - clinching (both neck and body), takedowns, MMA drills

Session Six: Sunday 2 pm to 4 pm
"Clean up", Q & A, etc

The fee incudes a workbook with both technique and program development advice.

At the conclusion of the mini-camp, those who have successfully completed the material will become certified affiliates of San Da Training Systems and become part of our network.

Next Instructors' Intensive is April 18, 19 and 20, 2008. Please feel free to email us at INFO@nysanda.com with more details about this and future seminars!
