Newsletter For Little Nine Heaven Internal Kung Fu and Tai Chi School Chicago
Dear Students and Friends,
We have an exciting summer planned for 2008, including a Chinese weapons class, seminar with Lao Tzu James McNeil, and a summer Splashing Hands, Hsing-I, and Chi Gong intensive course. It is time to begin your journey toward self improvement and Kung Fu and Tai Chi can help you reach those goals. Learn the Way and its power through Kung Fu, Tai Chi, and Chinese healing arts in our newest set of activities including intensive classes, seminars, private lessons, and weekly classes taught by Little Nine Heaven Internal Kung Fu and Tai Chi Chicago.
Splashing Hands Kung Fu weekly classes is now at an earlier 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM time.

Twin Chinese Butterfly Swords, and Chinese Broad Sword
Dates Tuesday June 3rd through Monday June 9th 2008

Class Times Monday - Friday 5:30 PM - 8:00 PM. Saturday and Sunday 9:00 AM - 11:30 AM.
$3000 fee for the class wooden and real weapons will be provided for student use during the class. Senior students, and military members will receive a discount price.
Only ten people will be instructed in the class, so please put down your deposit soon. The total fee is due at the start of class, and a $1000 deposit is needed to reserve your spot by May 10th , a ten percent late fee will be added for late payment.
Kung Fu, Chen Tai Chi Chuan, and Chi Gong seminar featuring Lao Tzu James McNeil
June Saturday 7th and June Sunday 8th from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM. $450 for the seminar or $300 individual day.
Splashing Hands Kung Fu, Mind Boxing (Hsing-I Kung Fu), and Chi Gong Summer Intensive class July 7th to July 17th. Learn these ancient Kung Fu systems and there very practical modern combat and self defense applications.
Monday - Friday 6:00 AM - 8:00 AM,
Saturdays 8:30 AM - 11:00 AM.
Don’t waste your summer sleeping in. Learn basic and advanced street fighting and combat applications, and chi gong health techniques.
Cost $1800 per person. Special discount price for senior DMAS members and military.

Please call Sifu Richard Baron (847-702-7581) to reserve your spot or ask any questions. Weekly classes are held at the Little Nine Heaven Internal Kung Fu School Chicago. Classes will be limited to 12 people per class and we will have at least 4 - 6 classes per month in each system of martial arts instructed. The school is located at 2120 Sheridan Road, Highland Park, IL, 60035. All courses and classes are by appointment only. Classes are $45 per class or $130 per month of classes in each system. A special discount price of $30 per class or $100 per month will be given for active duty members of the armed forces, and reservist who drill once a month and will be forced to miss classes, and senior DMAS members. As class size increases, more dates and disciplines will be added.

Private lessons are available in Hsing-I, Chen Style Tai Chi Chuan ,Splashing Hands, Chi Gong, Iron Hand, Acupressure Massage, Traditional Chinese Healing, Taoist Meditation, Street Fighting, Self Defense, and a variety of other martial skills. Lessons are available at both the instructor's studio in Highland Park, or at your home or office. Private lessons at instructor’s studio are $65 per lesson. We offer packages of 5 lessons for $265 which must be completed within one month of purchase. Private lessons at other locations are $100 per lesson + $100 per hour driving time, $50 minimum. We offer price discounts for students who show dedication to their training as well as for full time members of the armed forces, and senior DMAS members. Any missed or cancelled lesson not cancelled with at least 24 hours advanced notice by phone will be charged for.
We also now have an instructor in the Western Suburbs, Down Town Chicago, and Lincoln Park teaching private lessons call or email for details.
