Could you pleased give more explainaition about the double poonkiu....

poon kiu is a circular inward parry or in the lee koon Cllf poon kiu is a different motion....whats poon kiu in buk sing

... a long arm circular movement that controls the opponent's arm and whips it down, back, and around followed by an attack after the arm returns to point "A". It is in our Sup Ji Kuen. It is an advanced kiu sao technique, and I call it a double poon kiu.
