What does everyone like to have on in the back ground while training Wing Chun? I like to listen to Classical Chinese or something I was just introduced to by Couch, Tibetan Singing Bowls. Although when I am running or punching or working out I like to listen to fast paced music or good music. What does everyone like?

Whatever is playing on the rock station. I'm too busy to listen to the music (that god, because I'm a real music snob), but it helps keep out the background noises that distract me like traffic, the building settling, wind, etc.

What does everyone like to have on in the back ground while training Wing Chun? The sound of silence. ;)

The sound of one hand clapping? :)If one hand claps in the middle of the forest and no one is there to hear it, did it not not-make a sound?;)
