I have been studying kung-fu for 6 months and I am a little older than most new students. I am having a difficult time remembering some of the routines, and I search the web to assist in what my instructors teach me. I can not find any guides on shalo-han (I don't know if I am spelling correctly). Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank-you.

If you mean xiao hong quan just type it into a search engine on youtube and you will find plenty of demonstrations of it some good and some less than impressive so only use it as a guide as there are many versions of this form some more traditional than others.
