Shendi/ Shen Gong

(This isnt really a "style" per say. Although different schools or sects have different ways of practicing it. )

Has anyone heard it being practiced outside of Asia?

Shengong is/was one term used to describe qigong prior to the 1950's in China!
Prior to Liu Guizhen and Wang Juemin, qigong went by such names as neigong, yangshenggong, neiyangong, yangshen and others too numerous to mention!

Qigong stuck or/and was prodded by the government at the time to denote any previous system having a multitude of names!
