the speaker is Ji zhao hua. currently the instructor/teacher of ba ji quan club in National Taiwan Univeristy, Taipei Taiwan.

He was explaining some apps of the 8 big posture.

the first one is xiang long or dragon subdueing.

2. fu hu or tiger taming.

3. horse testing palm or tang ma zhang.

4. bear shape fist/palms

5. crane shape

6. snake shape.

7. downward hitting or pi shan (mountain chopping)

8. tiger embracing or hu bao.

now it is very hard to see thru the printed words across.

1. thrusting fist (chong chui)

2. river palm (chuan zhang)

3. dragon subdueing (xiang long)

4. tiger taming (fu hu)

5. mountain chopping palm (pi shan zhang)

6. testing horse palm (tang ma zhang)

7. circling enclose (quan bao)

8. tiger embracing (hu bao)

Wu Lian Zhi explained;

1. if you lose at your hand, do not lose at your elbow.

2. if you lose at your elbow, do not lose at your shoulder.

3. if you lose at your shoulder, do not lose at your head.

4. if you lose at your head, do not lose at your hip.

5. if you lose at your hip, do not lose at your knee.

6. if you lose at your knee, do not lose at your foot.

and vice versa.

1. Application for the upper limb, Na Fa.

to control the opponent's wrist and elbow to seize (Na) or throw (Shuai).

2. Application for the lower limb.

A. We may also Gua the opponent's punching arm, lower ourself and get close.
We may do "lion opening its mouth" by grabbing the opponent's thigh and "cut"/pushing his waist. And we throw the opponent.
B. We may also grab around the ankle and cut the hip area to throw.
