My friend Isaac Kamins and I have been practicing together for a long time. He has helped me a lot over the years in getting some aspects of internal martial arts, and his specialty is application. He & I have been putting on some events teaching the basics of circle walking and single palm change. It's been super fun and we've had a great group of people coming out for our classes. It's pretty inspiring really, it feels great to teach people who want to learn. So we are really enjoying it.

For any of you who want a look at how the BK Frantzis system does circle walking and single palm, come on down and check it out. Isaac is a good teacher and passes it on exactly how he learned it. If you liked "Power of Internal Martial Art" you'll probably like this.

People wanting a basic practice and complete form to take home and work on should find the events quite adequate. For the experienced, you might find the way it's taught in this system to be interesting, and you might like the applications and Rou Shou that are always a part of our class! Smiley

Here are the three events in May:

Friday Night May 16 from (7-9pm)
Ba Gua Zhang Circle Walking & Single Palm Change
Opening & Closing Nei Gungwith Isaac Kamins & Jess O’Brien

This mini-seminar will introduce “Opening & Closing” in Ba Gua’s circlewalking practice. Using the Four Part Stepping drills that form the foundation of all Ba Gua practice, we will look more closely at the Opening and Closing actions of the body's tissues, joints, cavities and subtle energy
anatomy.

Those who have completed the Four Part Step will move on to the specific Opening & Closing aspects of Ba Gua Circle Walking and Single Palm Change. In addition we will
explore Opening and Closing within the Ba Gua two-person practice of Rou Shou.Everyone welcome. $25

Saturday May 17th, 2008 (10am – 5pm)
Chi Gung Tuina Seminar with Bruce Frantzis

Bruce rarely teaches Chi Gung Tuina, this is a
rare opportunity to learn to apply the Energy Arts
system to healing others. In China, Bruce trained
as a chi gung doctor for over a decade. He has
worked with thousands of patients in China and
in America.

Chi gung tuina combines the knowledge of chi
healing with hands-on Chinese bodywork. It
makes your hands extremely sensitive and
enables your intuitive techniques to become
increasingly precise. It has many energetic
techniques rarely taught in the West. This course
is particularly useful for bodyworkers of all
backgrounds and will teach techniques that can
be integrated into other healing practices.
