It could be a guy talking to his girl freind too, but then why are the pictures before and after it deleted?

you can attach your own pictures to google earth and maps for everyone to see

you can even build a 3d version of your house and stick it on google earth and it'l appear

along with word documents explaining about what happened

I think that would have to be a post judging from the angle the picture was taken had to be a street cam or someone taking the picture. If it was a satelite then the picture would have been taken from above.

They have street view trucks driving around everywhere with cameras.

Go to google maps. Everything in blue has been photoed by the street view cams.
