3. I was correct. Had I provided the info before, it WAS NOT for him to fight me. We now know the entire time he was demanding the info, HE WAS NOT IN AUSTIN. And according to him, it will be awhile before he is.

i didnt know there was a boxing show, i'm in and out of austin for the summer actually so i don't know if i'll be there. i'm going to counter-sue when my name is cleared. i figured after accusing me of crap i didn't do and putting me through all this, i should get some sort of compensation.

watch, when my name is cleared, theres going to very little media coverage of it.

arrested off campus at gunpoint by 4 police officers. no gun, no arrest warrant at the booking center, and no search warrant. they searched my place and took my gun anyway (off campus).

i'm suing the media. defamation of character and trauma etc. etc.

i had told my roommate (who had been LIVING OFF OF ME for a year, he didnt pay rent, other than his computer and his clothes, there wasn't a single thing that wasn't paid for by me) that i was kicking him out a week before... he was the one making the most noise on tv


i just think this whole thing was one great conspiracy over personal issues, and is, for a lack of a better phrase, "all kinds of fu(ked up"

That includes four counts of prostitution involving official misconduct.

According to an Austin Police Department memo, investigators discovered that Lando had given a prostitute money, crack cocaine and some of his wife's clothing in exchange for sex.

He was indefinitely suspended on April 16.

If convicted, Lando could face thousands of dollars in fines and up to life in prison."
