I had read the same story off of CNN and they said she had been dead for 35 years instead of 42 years......Either way it begs a few questions:

How did her neighbors stand the smell after about a week? A dead body! You could smell that for a good city block!

Who paid her bills? Surely she had a few that might attract some attention if she ignored them.

Finally: No one thought to check an apartment no one had seen any enter in over three and half decades!

Strange story indeed......In fact it's one that I'm real close to calling BS on!:D
