No, it's the other way around; those techniques are taken right out of the fan form/set my Sifu taught me.

Very nice. That got me to thinking, there's a notable lack of weapon application video/discussion on the forum - I would love to see some more! Even the more conventional ones like staff and spear would be great!

I like GM DFW's butterfly (bamboo leaf) sword form on ESPY. If anything, for his facial expressions alone. You can tell he loves this stuff.
