Progress is going well, I'm the only woman there so rolling with the guys. I seem ok at it actually, my instructor says I have good natural talent on the ground.

It's really hard work though, been injured a few times but have noticed it really working well with my kf sparring too.

PLUS I got some fancy mma fight shorts :D If you're all lucky I may post a pic at some point. :p

Lol thanks :D I had real trouble getting some fight shorts so I got some Alpha Female ones from Fightgirls.com. Not really enough women doing it to warrant big ranges, those that do exist are usually pink :(
