Help finding a school in Manchester, England

Hi all, I was hoping someone could recommend a good, authentic, school in Manchester England?

I'm very interested in external styles like Hung Gar, Praying Mantis, Choy Li Fut etc. Not really looking for Wing Chun or any Internal arts.

Besides for a proper lineage (i.e. no made up styles please), I am looking for something with a lot of discipline, hard training, and preferably with uniforms and structured gradings.

Can anyone help?
