I think its about the straight lead in JKD, but I could be mistaken.

great book!
I hate the fact that the guy who is writing it knows nothing about wing chun. He is doing a classic "bow and arrow " punch... I wonder were did Bruce Lee learn the punch?..
other than the blatant BS about WC its a nice book that explains the punch.
I do the punch exactly the way they do it. My stance is almost exactly the way he stands and I learn it from a WC sifu.
I recommend the book to all WC players who arn't familiar with the punch.
Its my bread and butter..

I have the book and have read it. It make's alot of sense, especially since you can't possibly expect to be stationary all the time when you punch.

yah she learned it from he and he is in the book doing the punch... so its a he or a she depending on how you look at it.
