7-Hands is a nice little form, filled with good mantis techniques.

I`m not knocking Shang Wu Stick, it looks good and Shifu has every right to customize forms.

"7 hands is an eight step form. If I remember correctly Shifu got it from Shi Zhengzhong or one of his students and liked it very much. Most of the other forms are either Arthurized WL or TJMH from Li EnJiu in Jinan. "

This version of 7 Hands could be called Arthurized. As in from Shifu Arthur D'Agostino(My WL Shifu).
