When I first read your post, I got a visual of a brother who put together some books on Hung Gar whose first name is Jamal. If he is the author of the books you look for, he sometimes sells his books on ebay. You can also try Budo books-- I remember that they had his stuff, too.

The Hung Ga San Sau book is by Ho Lap Tin the Red Boat Hung Gar book is some kind of Opera Hung Ga that book was in Canada in some Chines Book shop the last time i herd of it .

Have the Hung Ga San Sau book by Ho Lap Tin. Its basically shows the 2 person fook fu kuen plus some other info on lion dancing etc.

As far as I know its been out of print since the 80's.

Haven't heard of the 2nd book, best to check with those living in Canada who do Hung Ga.
