I actually prefer this clip-they are basically the same form, only the clip you showed seemed a bit rigid, and the trajectory of the biu jee's didn't seem direct. Of course, I don't know the practitioner, and that may well be the idea, so at this point, it becomes persoanl preference.

Hi,

this form is much like Ngo Cho Kun's sam chien..
from my observations the first clip is more close to what I usually see here,
they play it with lots of tension and power..

I find that the clip I posted showed more of what San jan is "suppose" to be - solid stance, focused power and tension.

But it is a tomato/tomahto thing.

Those gents do it in Yong Chun flavor.

Kong Han style Ngo Cho Ho Yang Kun that you see in Manila has a strong Tai Cho Kun flavor hence more tension.
