Hi Guys,

I have been teaching Chinese martial arts part-time for over ten years but recently I am looking at going full-time.

I am looking at renting premises as opposed to renting space by the hour. I currently use three different locations. What are people’s views on this?

How important is location?

How much are people paying?

I also keep going over class time tables.

How long are classes? Kids? Adults? Beginners?

What times are dead time? Sunday morning? , Friday night?

Any advice, tips, people to see with a successful model of a traditional school?

Thanks
Paul

talk to your neighbor,Sifu David Rogers-Rising Crane Kung-Fu. He runs a very successful school-over 300 students, and teaches Hop-Ga, Hung Kuen and Tai-Chi.
