The above linked video looks kind of like the Dragon Fan Form from Lee Koon Hung lineage.

Keep in mind though I do not know the form and I only have the booklet (sold out) with Lee Koon Hung photos. I always like the posture of GM Lee Koon Hung.

I was wondering if anyone can confirm or deny this?

It is an altered version of the form, yes (and poorly done I might add). I think one of my kung fu brothers taught a seminar at a school in Vegas, which might explain it but they could have also bought the book or DVD and just altered it. They are not actually from our lineage.
