I've always heard that the quickest way to tell if someone is a racist is if they say "Some of my best friends are...(Fill in the race/ethicity).

Nevertheless, I support the decision of the moderator that initiated it. Banning and un-banning are easy. BJ has contacted me via email, but he really needs to work it out with the mod that banned him. I'm not planning to overrule that banning at this time.

That BJII did get banned, he must have ruffled the wrong feathers with his rhetoric. Yeah i pretty much agree that he is a bigot and a typical one at that. He can reason and rationalize his way through it but no matter how many veils are put up, and no matter how eloquent you sound when you try to "justify" yourself, a bigot is a bigot. But you know something? quite honestly? I dont think BJII got banned for being a bigot. I think there was something else.

Is it against the rules to be a racist or a bigot on the BB, or right wing? I know it is not against the law!

If we want to be able to speak our minds freely, shouldn't we allow others to do so as well, even if we don't agree with them? If we ban one we all risk being banned for communicating unpopular beliefs.

yeah but the things that are tollerated on an open forum can reflect back on the magazine providing the forum. god knows they tollerate my **** well enough, but every organization has the right to draw the line on some topics or declare some topics completely taboo. such as steroid discussion on some lifting sites.

that said i dont think black jack should have been banned just for making my naughty parts tingle. im just talkin in general here.
