Juk Jong/Bamboo Dummy and Bat Sik Daan Da

Is anyone familiar with practicing with the bamboo dummy/ juk jong? I heard that the kind of dummy is used in the Yuen Chai Wan lineage as well as the Yiu Choi lineage. Also, has anyone heard of the Bat Sik Dan Da? Would anyone be willing to post clips?
