He has clips up on youtube of some different exercises. His stuff is bodyweight conditioning exercises and incorporates alot of the old dynamic tension stuff that Charles Atlas used.

If you were to spend enough time and effort, you would probably be able to find all of the exercises free online someplace. Not bad stuff at all, just using the Matt Furey method of marketing.
