7* Mantis History essay

Over in Shanghai we have finished a new 150 page book on 7* Mantis. It is as yet unpublished but we have decided to put part of it online for free.

At the following link you can read a new original essay on the history of 7* mantis. It starts with Shaolin and covers major parts of Chinese history. Of course, at certain points when lineages split, it will tell a different story to some schools and families. That is unavoidable.
