Hanging bag/dummy

Anybody rigged a hanging bag or BOB with the arms of a wooden dummy....other than that commercially available plastic thing that velcros on.

I dont see the point. The wall bag (if thats what you are talking about) is mainly to train your stance, to absorbe force and to practice the punch. If you do enough partner stuff you shouldnt need it. If you need to practice against arms use your friends, spar other styles or put pads on the dummy (not the preferred choice).
