Special Intensive Tai Chi Classes
Master Lu will be hosting Tai Chi intensive classes every third Saturday of each month. Each class will be 4 hours long and will cover the Old Yang style Tai Chi. He will teach warm ups, basics, and the first third of Old Yang style Tai Chi. Included with the class registration and participation is Master Lu's Tai Chi DVD. Tai Chi practitioners of all levels are welcome, beginning Tai Chi students welcome!
Master Lu's Tai Chi is a unique and very Old Yang style Tai Chi. Master Lu was twice grand national full contact champion in Taiwan. He has over 40 years of experience of practicing and teaching Tai Chi and Northern Shaolin. He has trained several students who have placed and won gold medals in tournaments in the US both in pushing hands and Northern Shaolin.
Class time: 2-6 pm every third Saturday each month
Class price: $140 per person includes the Tai Chi DVD
