Hi All.
i am wanting any info if any as to H.B.Un.
I know he had 2 books out on Mantis(Bung Bo and Un Long Gun) and the Gung Lik Kuen book ,plus the Pak Mei book.
But i am wondering as to his history?
like did he teach 7 Star Mantis and to what level?
all help would be greatfull.

I have a book of his. I'm not sure what form it is..but naturally I can see some overlap with what I study in 8 step. I'll write more when I can dig it up.

I didn't know Gung Lik was a Mantis form? I know that Dr. YWM has it in one of his books..but I thought that was one of the Northern Jing Mo forms...

I guess I learn something new all the time.

What is WFH in mantis terminology? b/c I am pretty sure it aint Wong Fei Hung :confused:

I'll dig up my copy of the book and report what I see the next time I post..

your right it is not a Mantis form.
but in the book it has some photo's of WHF(Wong Hon Fun) a hong Kong 7star Mantis Master.

gung Lek has been absorbed into the 7 star mantis school so perhaps this is where he learned it from.

there are a few differences from the Jing Wu version.
