we all have our ''ways' to train just cool to see someone sharing ,,and i here is is a very nice person no head trips ,,some of my guys have gone to visit him and loved the experience

Very cool. It's a good thing that it was pointed out that he was using a metal pole. It would be hard to tell based on the way he's throwing it around.

As an aside, I also like the fact that I can watch a video with death-metal soundtracks. :)

yeh i have trained with cliff in hk and he knows heaps and is a great guy. He did a pole thing at the conferrence and it was cool. He looks like a little guy until he picks it up
