Congratulations and best of luck Sifu Thomas. As you already know there will not be a Five Tigers Tournament 2009, so we are very happy to see another kung fu brother promoting kung fu tournaments in the Washington/Baltimore area.

The sparring division of the LKY Heritage Tournament will offer:

-Beginner level sparring that is good old fashion point sparring
-- Intermediate sparring is two 1.5 minute continuous rounds
-Advanced sparring is one 3 minute round continuous
