Does anyone know of a video/dvd source of the fundamental forms of Southern White Crane? My understanding is that there are three (not including the three or so more advanced forms). The Flying Crane Hand, fei hok sao kuen. The Shooting Stars Hand, lou sing sao. And the Five Form set.

I've found a few DVDs that go over stances, hands, some techniques, and maybe an ambiguous reference to a form, but nothing that appears to simply show a record of these three fundamental forms.

Post this on the Southern Forum, maybe with ATTN: Eric Ling in the header.

you read shaolin.com or whatever didnt you? dont put too much stock in what they say. the forms you described sound like tibetan white crane rather than fukien
