A friend of visited my school in Philadelphia a couple of times this week. He's been with yoga for quite a while, but is now ready to switch to Kung Fu. And preferably a Southern style. He lives in Manhattan, around 1st Ave and E. 10th Street. What are good schools, good traditioal schools in that vicinity (preferably in Manhattan itself)? Chinatown is pretty close to where he lives.
Thanks, WW

Oh, and I know there are probably many, so to narrow down to schools that are known first hand and that can be "recommended." Traditional, open most days, come as much as you want types of structures.

I believe the reason is cost.
