Wing Chun in Portland Oregon....can anyone help?

I posted here a few months ago. Figured I'd try my luck again.

I relocated to Portland and was looking for any leads on people I can meet with to do some Chi Sao periodically.
I'm not looking to join a school, I just want to keep my hands from getting cold.
I just want a friendly exchange of some sticky hand sparring from one Wing Chun practioner to another.
If anyone here has any leads of someone they know, please pass along this info.

There was portland kung fu club but i am not sure if he still teaches.

Yes I'm still in Portland.
I dont think there are any clubs open any more.

Why not find a friend and teach him what you have learned and have a regular Chi Sao partner?
