No, what I saw was a large, charcoal colored rectangle that circled slowly over one area, then traveled from one end of the skyline to the other at great speed. It was way too fast to have been a blimp or flying banner, not to mention way too large. It had no visable means of propulsion, no wings or any sort of lift generating aperatus at all.

It was fast moving when it went in a straight line. It actually out paced all the comercial air traffic by a great degree. It was more like a fighter plane cruising, but not going full out.
