I don't know if he was, it looks like he just posted a few minutes ago...

However, if he was it is a sad day for KFM. Sifu Ross has so much more to offer KFM with his experience, than HW108 does with his 8 (or is it 2?) years experience. HW would be better off on Uki's Armageddon forum site IMHO.
