This is a great opportunity for us on the east coast. Dr. Mark Cheng author, Martial Artist and traditional chinese medical doctor will be teaching 2 seminars on Kettle bells. One in CT and the other in DE.
Kettle bells are a great tool for strength and conditioning as well as Pre hab and rehab.
I am a Chiropractor, strength and conditioning coach and a martial art instructor under Sifu Randy Williams, I have found no better tool.
