Brendan Lai will be conducting a seminar in Colorado Springs at Cutting Edge Martial Arts on March 10th. Topics will include 7 star praying mantis, trapping, and other aspects of kung fu. Cost is only $25 for Cutting Edge Martial Arts students, $30 for outside students. Start time will be 12:30.
