Three Ways of applying skills in 7- Star Praying Mantis

First of all remember I am a beginner so, please understand my ignorance when say," I thought that their was no throwing in 7-Star. Let alone that most attacks can be used as throws along with striking, controlling,(Sifu calls it manipulating)and throwing. Sifu says that these are just 3 of the ways and that other things such
as breaking can be used as tenderization.


But what he let me work on is throwing. In class we don't use matts so we have to be careful with each other.

I learned that wah sek/pek choy can be pretty effective throw from a variety of angles. I also saw it used in many ways by the rest of the class.
