First Meeting 5/10/09 Brookline 8:00-10:00 am

I’d like to invite you to join the first meeting of Boston Sunday Free Tai Chi Push Hands Group on Sunday, May 10th from 8:00-10:00 a.m at Amory Park in Brookline.

Boston Sunday Open Free Tai Chi Push Hands Group (BSOFT) is a free, cooperative group to explore, exchange and practice push hands. There are no school affiliations, teachers or charges. This group is an opportunity to share knowledge and love of the internal arts. All reasonable people interested in the martial arts and with exposure to and knowledge of push hands are welcome. PLEASE COPY, POST and SHARE this info with any who may be interested.

Time: 8:00 am to 10:00 am Sunday mornings (starting 5/10/09)

Location: Amory Park Brookline—45 Amory Street, Brookline, 02446.

Driving directions from Boston: Leaving Kenmore Square take Beacon Street outbound. Amory Street will be less than one mile on the right hand side. Turn right onto Amory. You will see the park on your right. There is a small parking lot on the right after the park

On the B Line (Green) go outbound towards BU. Get off at the BU WEST stop at Amory Street. Walk down Amory Street 2.5 blocks and the park in on the left.

On the C Line (Green) go outbound and get off at the Kent Street Stop. Cross the outbound side of Beacon Street and walk back to Amory Street.




Boston Sunday Open Free Tai Chi Push Hands Group has a NW/NM policy. This means: "no weenies" and "no meatheads". This group is a free, open, and cooperative endeavor to share our appreciation and learning in the internal martial arts with each other. The martial arts are inherently physical and as with any physical activity, injury may occur. To participate in this group you must agree to the terms and conditions below. Participation indicates your acceptance of the following: You agree to hold faultless of any responsibility the organizer or organizers of this group. You recognize and accept the risk of injury and hold all other members faultless if injury should occur. You recognize that there are no teachers, group leaders of this group. You agree to take full responsibility for yourself in participating. You agree that you are not a litigious weenie or an obnoxious jerk.

it sounds like a great idea; now I know what to do on a Sunday morning if I am ever in Boston, LOL...
