Paul Eng and other books

Has anybody read Paul Eng's book series? How are they, and would you reccomend any others?

Excellent books - I had what I believe to be the first 4 in the series - deep green with gold lettering - crushing step, spear hand, plum flower, and steals the peach, and each one had some great insights on mantis, gung training and the martial arts spirit.I would definetly recommend to begining CMA, or 7 star mantis
