Shaolin Praying Mantis

The only place that I have ever seen/heard about this style is at www.russbo.com (http://www.russbo.com) in the slideshow section, but I am very, very interested in it. Anything you can tell me on the form would be greatly appreciated.

All northern praying mantis came from shaolin BEFORE the cultural revolution, ie "real" kung fu. The mantis that exists now is shaolin "wushu" mantis. Check out wing lam www.wle.com (http://www.wle.com) They have lots of modern shaolin stuff, though I can't say I've seen any of it.

it's a traditional form, right next to shao hong chuan and tong bei chuan
