Hey,

I had another question (sorry I know there was some type of thread on it before)
Does anyone have any info on the Jade Ring Praying Mantis system? I haven't found much on it but here's a you tube vid that claims as being the yu huan tong long quan.

Looks slow- like tai chi- and the guy makes the "I forgot what to do next pause" a lot. Could be why it's slow.

The people behind Nine heavenly Gates are known to be frauds.

The main players are David Mueller and Tony Fucina who you see playing the form in the video.

They claim much and can back up nothing of it.

I reported David to Ebay as he was selling everyones martial art material illegally via pirating video tapes.

He was selling the entire Wing Lam catalog as well as many others including my teachers material.

Tony Fucina then set up shop on Ebay and did the same thing.

When confronted with this he claimed his student was doing it and he had no idea.

Typically cowardly throw someone else under the bus.

Take a look at the other videos on the site.

Enough said.

David claims to have been trained in many arts.

I have a letter from Sifu John Allen that exposes David to being a customer who bought a bunch of tapes which he then advertised as actual known skills on his website.

Whatever they portray they really have no clue.

Avoid them at all costs.

I bust out with Kung Fu moves every time I put on a Shaolin Monk outfit too, it comes with the robe. ;)

That's some awkward looking Kung Fu (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iXQ63TR8oBk&feature=channel). I like how he gives up his back at the 3:20 mark.

Funny how he tries to maintain the stances and postures from the forms.

Who doesn't? I always bust out my shaolin robe and start blaring the Wong Fei Hung theme. Good times!

As for the Mantis vid, I guess I won't be buying any of his dvd's for awhile.

I like the way he does his Chat Sing Bou, very applicable (lol, j/k)
