Basics workshop
Mastering basic and foundational skills in Wing Chun is the cornerstone of developing advanced fighting ability. This is a workshop is for people who have no experience with Wing Chun or for practicitoners who want to revisit the basics. We will cover the the stance, the first empty hand form (Sil Lim Tao), punching and kicking, and overview the Wing Chun system. Come prepared for a workout.
Saturday, June 6th
10am - 5pm
$80
Chum kiu/Biu jee workshop
This is for advanced students. We will cover the 2nd and 3rd forms and work on application drills.
