Hey guys,
Just wanted to announce that the United States Shuai-chiao Association will be teaching Shuai-chiao at our school (http://sandiegokungfutaichi-com.doodlekit.com/blog/entry/63234/shuaichiao-comes-to-san-diego):
It's a bit different from 7 Star Mantis throws (trips/knockdowns), but quite similar to 8 Step Manits (neck mops, leg blocks, picks, etc).
