I was wondering if any of you guys/girls could help. I have to do a project for a multimedia assignment and the theme is a biography.

I think that I am going to do it on Bruce Lee sooooo does anyone have any resources they can let me have. JPEGs, WAVs, Video clips, graphics, animations, anything at all that maybe usefull.

When it's finished I will try and put it on line so there is an added incentive. Not much of one I know. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks....feel free to e-mail me.

There is ton's of stuff all over the internet, just make sure you ask before you take anything from anyones site.

some stuff is in "free domain" but other stuff is copyrighted or original work, so be mindful of that.

It's just for a University project. I don't think there will be to much of problem with copyright issues. Or should I be more wary?

You should probably be very cautious about copyright, especially in the realm of academia.

Academics are notoriously anal about checking citations, ownership of media, et cetera.

You should always ask permission to borrow photos, acknowledge where they came from, and so forth. An alternative is if you have a dvd/vcd player on your computer and are fairly computer literate you can download screen shot/video ripping utilities to make your own photos or video clips. Or see if your college has a media lab. That's another possibility.

There's no need to insult me Kris. I thought some people might have some good resources already to hand so I wouldn't have to spend days downloading screen shots that turn out to be wack. I'm quite aware of the amount of websites and have already checked some out. Anyway a high IQ just means your good at IQ tests not really a good sign of your intelligence.

hey alittle bit of advice. I don't know about your university but the one i'm at is very very very strict on copyright stuff. If a teacher wants to they can get you expelled and slap fines on you just because you mis-cited a resource. I would talk to you instructor about their feelings on the issue and find out what your universities policies are. Always better safe than sorry. Trying to go back and find resources, get permission is not worth it. Good luck with it all. :)

Sorry Kris. I took your comments the wrong way no offence taken. Thanks for the links. I have had a look and there should be some usefull stuff. That last picture is excellent just what I was looking for.. cheers

I will go and see the lecturer about the copyright issue. I pretty sure he told us not to worry about it, it is something to consider when making commercial products....
