Hey Bill, you move good man. I like your teachers spirit he must be amazing to train with. Funny how us WL guys move on to train in other styles. But I still think WL gave us a good base and opened doors for us. Clip #2, is this Chi-gong, pretty cool!

yep, I've always said WL was a great foundation system and after a certian point, move on, like most of us have done.
