2650 sq. ft. studio with approx. 1600 sq. ft. of mat space available for Rent on the following days;

Monday – Friday (9:00 am – 3:00 pm)

Saturday (5:30 pm – 10:00 pm)

Sunday (9:00 am – 10:00 pm)

The room has zebra mats and lots of targets and pads. It’s perfect for Karate, Tae Kwon Do, Jeet Kune Do, Kung-Fu, Jiu Jitsu, Judo and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.

Rates to be discussed and negotiated based on hourly, weekly or monthly rental time.

yea, i tried that too...got several yoga people interested but they walked in mostly turned their nose up...i think it might have been the smell of sweat...or my black and red aura...i dunno...

but I must say that LPS and crew did an awesome reno on the place last weekend - definitely the sort of studio that sells itself!
