Seminars will be instructed by Pong Lai Martial Arts Shrfu John Scolaro and/or Master Shr Cheng Chong.
Master Shr is a renowned expert in Tai Chi, Chi Kung and Praying Mantis Kung Fu styles of Secret Door, Plum Flower, Seven Star and Tai Chi Mantis.
Shrfu John Scolaro studied and taught under Master Shr's instruction for 9 years while residing in Taiwan. Shrfu John is a senior disciple on Master Shr and presently directs the only Pong Lai Martial Arts Training Center outside of Asia.
